Hi, I'm Jieun.
I’m an executive coach, Alera founder, master trainer, and a catalyst for holistic change. For more than 15 years, I’ve served as a global leader in the international development sector, leading cross-cultural teams and facilitating training sessions around the world. Through this work, I discovered something that continues to shape everything I do: my passion for empowering and developing others, especially women who lead and serve in vulnerable contexts across the globe.
I collaborate with individuals and teams across diverse industries to explore a future filled with possibility — one that feels expansive, purposeful, and aligned. In my coaching practice, I help clients discover their unique voices, strengthen their leadership skills, clarify their vision, and challenge the personal and organizational narratives that may be holding them back. My goal is to help each person step into their most genuine self and lead with confidence, authenticity, and generosity.
Beyond my coaching work, I am a wife, a mother, and an ordained minister; roles that deeply shape my perspective, values, and approach to leadership and service.
